We are so use to hitting the Enter key to send replies and messages toYahoo Messenger buddies. Sometimes, instead of sending message – enter key press adds new line to chat window and does not seem to work. You can easily configure and reset enter key to either send message or add new line to chat window.
Configure Enter Key on Yahoo Messenger
1. Open Yahoo Messenger and Login.
2. Goto menu Messenger > Preferences (or use Ctrl + Shift + P)
2. Goto menu Messenger > Preferences (or use Ctrl + Shift + P)
3. Click Messages options on the left and check for second options row box with title ‘Presseing Enter key in message Window’. Select and highlight ‘Send the message’, click on apply and OK.
